I will collect the minimum data necessary, such as:

The data you provide will be used:

Data you provide will not be shared for marketing or any other purposes except with your express permission or to comply with requests from HMRC.

How is your data stored?
To maintain security your data will be stored on a laptop with password protection and anti-virus software, and on an external hard drive also with password protection. For accounting purposes I use FreeAgent software. You can read their privacy policy here and their security policy here.

How long do I keep your data?
I am required by HMRC to keep records of payments for five years beyond the relevant tax year. As the nature of the work may lead to repeat business I will keep your data on record unless or until you ask me to delete it.
